Gather & Roam

Our team will guide you though from start to end taking care of every little detail, planning, logistics, transport, food, guided activities etc. All you really have to worry about is what to wear, and even for that we’ve put together a helpful guide included in your experience pack.

We have a full range of experiences to fit most numbers, agendas and styles. Book a call to get planning your own day out grazing in nature.

How it works

• Book a discovery call where well brainstorm ideas to design your experience

• We’ll get to work and send a proposal. Once approved you’ll be ready to go!

• We’ll send your “Experience Pack” which contains all the necessary info for you and your pack to get ready to roam.

Please note: We require a 30% deposit to secure your spot in the diary.

Outing day

• Length of the experiences is between 3-4 hrs (travel time excluded)

• Dress code comfortable clothing suited for the season and the weather on that day

  -Light rucksack

  -Water bottle

  -Extra snacks (if needed)

• Meet & greet at the designated meeting point where our team will be eagerly waiting for you with snacks and refreshments to get ready to roam!

• What to expect as the day evolves you’ll discover new places, learn from the land, graze on hearty food and enjoy the fresh and peaceful atmosphere as you slow down and sync with nature’s rythms.

• Wrap up- Our experiences are circular in all ways possible; the way to wrap up the day is no exception to this rule- your gathering will end right where you started and that’s when our team will say goodbye for now, looking forward to rendevouz in nature the earth tone way again very soon.

General notes:

• wear clothing you're comfortable to get messy and appropriate footwear: hiking shoes or any equivalent will do. No open toe shoes or canvas trainers such as convers or supergas

• Snacks- When packing your own snacks, zero packaging items are the best way to help us leave a mark without a trace. less packaging = less waste and less rubbish to carry back.

• Less is more- We have everything you need for your adventure, carrying any extra items with you is completely up to your discretion. keep in mind that we’ll be out for long periods of time.

These free-range blueprints are intentionally designed to give you complete freedom to go at your own pace, explore, disconnect, and enjoy the peacefulness of being alone in nature with out having to worry about the logistics. Just grab your adventure pack and go!

When it comes to food , you can bring your own, take a peek of our local recommendations, or let us take care of it by pre-ordering one of our signature grazing hampers delivered either the morning of your adventure or the night before, so everything is ready for you to relax, roam and graze in nature.

How it works

• Browse though our shop and find an experience that matches your groove; If you are unsure of what to choose, you can take the My roaming groove quiz to find out which adventure aligns best with you.

• Once you’ve picked an experience, shortly after your purchase you’ll receive an email with your Experience Packincluding ****all the necessary info to get ready to go off the grid.

• All our routes have been designed and tested by our team for you to feel confident and safe as you immerse yourself in nature.

Outing day

• Select your outfit depending on the season and the weather

• Pack your rucksack …don’t forget your water bottle

• Transport - Your pack includes a section where you’ll find both traveling by car or by train options choose whichever one suits best and get on your way.

• once you arrive at the destination you are ready to roam free-range, follow the main trail shared or take any variation depending on your level of experience.

Notes:

Please be mindful to check your travel route’s latest info on google maps as well as train schedules to make sure you have a smooth experience.
